Amsterdam-born creative workspace pioneer Spaces has chosen Glasgow's vibrant Bath Street as the location for its latest site. Spaces Glasgow opens in October, offering professionals in the region an impressive 29,223 ft2 hub built around the concept of community and shared ideas.

Spaces is a creative working environment with a unique entrepreneurial ethos. Its workspaces offer an inspiring environment designed to integrate lifestyle into work, and members are encouraged to build their networks and connect.

The Bath Street site meets the varied workplace requirements of today's entrepreneurial businesses. More than 80 seats are available in the hub's vast co-working area, which includes a café with barista-served coffee and fresh deli food. There is also ample space for private meetings and quieter work in numerous offices and meeting-rooms.

The Glasgow site is Spaces' second site in the UK, and the company - founded in 2006 - also has hubs in the Netherlands, USA and Australia. Spaces seeks to attract entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporates and has many high-profile clients including PayPal, Twitter, and Uber.

Martijn Roordink, co-founder of Spaces said: "Spaces is redefining the way work is done, providing a contemporary, social and inspirational environment with a real focus on community.

"The site is a perfect fit for Glasgow. This is a world-class city - dynamic, culturally vibrant, and enterprising - and Bath Street is one of its liveliest locations. Spaces gives members the opportunity to work alongside and meet fellow professionals who believe in the power of a collaborative, community approach to ideas generation and business growth."

A regular program of business and networking events will be hosted at the site to further encourage connection and collaboration.
