In the recession many small businesses are stuggling and when this occurs the main pressure is inevitably felt by the owner or manger of the business. However, despite the stress and pressure that business owners are under it is vital that this is not transmitted to staff.
In this difficult economic climate your employees are under increased pressure themselves. They may well have personal problems that have been exacerbated by the recession, and some staff may have concerns over their job security.
