Dragons' Den panelist James Caan and fund manager Spike Hughes have announced plans to launch a new asset management firm.

Insynergy Investment Management will look at investments that behave very differently when compared with the traditional asset-management model.

Mr Hughes has vast experience in investment management and the Dragon and serial entrepreneur said that setting up a company with him appealed to his, "very basic instincts" about business.
