Offices in Leeds offer the best value for money in Europe, according to research by commercial property consultancy Cushman and Wakefield.

The city is ranked top in terms of value for money and third for availability of office space and moved up from 30^th position to 28^th in the list of ‘best European cities to locate a business'.

It also scored highly in areas such as cost of staff (8^th), access to external transport links (18^th) and access to markets (19^th).

Overall, London was named as the best European city in which to do business, with Manchester 14^th, Birmingham 21^st and Glasgow 27^th.
