Google have announced the launch of SearchWiki - one of the most significant innovations in how the search engine giant operates.

The new system allows customer feedback on search results - meaning that results can be voted up or down by Google users.

With a recent survey showing that an increasing number of small firms are advertising via an online platform, it is expected that companies will attempt to master the new system to maximise traffic flows to their sites.
