Sir Alan Sugar has taken his seat in the House of Lords and become Baron Sugar of Clapton, following his appointment as the government's enterprise tsar.
Sir Alan's appointment has caused controversy, with Conservative's claiming that his appointment is a breach of BBC guidelines regarding impartiality, and that he should not be allowed to combine his new role with that of the popular television show, The Apprentice.
"What needs to be sorted out is the economic climate, small businesses and other enterprises," said Sir Alan stated on his appointment as the enterprise tsar last month.
