1.     Leadership Learning Pathway

The Institute has partnered with Be the Business to create a Leadership Learning Pathway: a selection of useful tools, approaches and assessments to help SME leaders rebuild their businesses.

Topics for this pathway have been selected from feedback that The Institute and Be the Business received in recent surveys, focusing on building leadership skills and supporting business growth. 

On completion, UK-based SME business owners and managers receive their ‘Leadership Pathway - Certificate of Achievement' in recognition of their success - and Associate Membership for the rest of the year absolutely FREE (worth £150).

2.     Rapid Response Mentoring

Also, in collaboration with Be the Business, The Institute is offering small business owners, based in the UK, exclusive access to a 12-week rapid response mentoring programme, which is government-funded and completely FREE of charge.

Be the Business have 300 fully trained, highly experienced mentors available NOW to support SME leaders to respond to the current crisis. The mentors come from a range of the UK's leading small businesses as well as recognised corporates such as BAE Systems, Lloyds, GSK, KPMG and Siemens. They can support across a range of issues including scenario planning, finance, HR and staffing, supply chain and change management.

Ideally suited to small businesses that have a minimum of 5 staff and an approximate turnover of 500K or more.
