Recruitment company Weststaff has created a new management franchise to provide opportunities for people at regional manager level.

The organisation is planning significant growth across the UK in 2008 based around finding permanent and temporary staff for blue-chip and national clients.

"We're looking for people who can benefit from the enlarged Westaff organisation behind them and who have the drive and ability to own their own successful and profitable business," said the company's Richard Osmond.

"We are accomplished in establishing new branches and expanding local marketshare and this expertise will be used to springboard success for new franchisees."

The company was established in 1966 and has operations in the US, Australia and New Zealand as well as throughout the UK.
