Eureka Moment   When each of us was organizing our own weddings there seemed to be this information wall where you couldn't see who was available, what the price was and what you got.  Everything was based around 'custom quotes' and it was really off-putting and felt as though we were paying a wedding tax. 

Finance     We put our own money in to begin with, and as we began to get some traction, we have been lucky to attract some amazing investors.  The UK's angel investor scene is really strong, and we've met some truly inspiring people on the journey as we seek enough finance to get us to the next stage.

Regrets   Every time we finish a new project or launch something there's a moment of reflection where we realize that we could have done it quicker.  Particularly looking back at the first few months there's a sense of 'if we had to do that over again, we would execute in a fraction of the time'.  Part of that is the constant learning curve, but there's definitely a sense of regret every time we realize we could have iterated just a little more quickly.

What would you have changed   Hiring faster and earlier.  There's this old adage in start-ups that you should fire fast and hire slow.  And honestly, maybe that is the right approach at a certain size, but holding off hiring can end up slowing down growth.  Looking back, we would probably have hired more quickly.
