Property developer, entrepreneur and television presenter Sarah Beeny has announced plans to launch a new property website in September.

The site, www.completingchains.com [1], is designed to help chains of vendors where one property is struggling to find a buyer and is therefore holding up the whole chain.

All property sellers in a specific chain use a small percentage of the money they make from selling their property to help reduce the asking price of the property in the chain that is not selling.

This means that the capital a buyer has to find is reduced and ensures that the chances of completing the chain are maximised.

"It will stabilise the property market and keep property at a level that people can afford," said Beeny.

This is Beeny's second foray into websites, having successfully launched dating website mysinglefriend in 2005.
