Serial entrepreneur and Dragons' Den panellist James Caan has given his backing and support to volunteering charity ‘v'.

The charity encourages young people aged between 16-25 to volunteer, and at the lauch of the event Mr Caan highlighted that the skills gained through volunteering can be applied in business situations.

"There is a real need for employers to understand the full extent of skills young people gain through volunteering," said the Dragon.
