Budget hotel chain Travelodge is launching a business account card in an attempt to double its market share in the corporate sector.
With small firms look to cut-back on their travel expenses during the recession, the eight weeks credit offered by the card will be of interest to many small and medium-sized companies.
"An easy way for any business to cut costs is to stop paying a small fortune to stay at overpriced mid-market hotels and instead switch to the budget sector," said Guy Parsons, UK managing director.
