Inflation a little lower.

To be honest a drop in inflation from October's 2.4% to 2.3% in November, just released by the ONS, is not a cause for trumpets and drums, when we are in the process of removing the economic drawbridge from Europe but as Shakespeare once said, probably, good news is good news.

We have fuel and clothing prices to thank for this and maybe the plethora of Xmas discounting and special offers, will keep inflation on the downward path for December.

An important statistic to be certain and one not currently subject to alp like ups and downs, unlike the value of sterling, so vulnerable and so linked to the Brexit outcome.
