Politicians of both sexes love a little brinkmanship and we certainly have had to endure plenty of that recently as we were told to prepare for a "no deal Brexit". Tough tactics but not surprising letting the opposition know you will go the whole hog and not be pushed around. They need our trade as much as we need theirs.
