Older entrepreneurs accounted for almost 30% of new business start-ups between 2001 and 2005, according to research conducted by the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA). House prices rise 1.7% in July
House prices in the UK have risen by 1.7% in July from June - the biggest monthly increase since July 2004, according to figures released by the Land Registry.
