Business Conference

Led by the renowned author of the Black Entrepreneur Report, academic and visionary of ‘The UK Black Business Entrepreneurs Conference’, Dr Carlton Brown will speak on his road to success, providing insight on business strategy and sustainability to help avoid some of the pitfalls of business and risk management. He will also unpack and explore his “Race Paradox ' theory as well as speak on opportunities for change- both structural or personal- choices that might help marginalised groups succeed in the UK.

The event offers inspirational talks from international thought leaders, practical knowledge and skills through in-depth, well-researched seminars. Networking opportunities are also available on the day with industry professionals across a variety of business areas, and expect live performances from award-winning international artists too.

This year's theme ‘Empower, Engage and Educate’ within the private and public sector will focus primarily on entrepreneurship across different demographics including race, involving an interactive panel discussion on diverse issues relevant today, including financial workshops, pitch for success, and developing a resilient mindset, to name a few.

The conference, entering its third year, will host its first three-day masterclass event. It will operate across three of the UK’s largest cities London, Birmingham and the launch will take place in Manchester on Wednesday 10th April 2024 at NatWest 1 Spinningfields Square, M3 3LY.
