Following an extensive career in finance and investment management, Vishal Shah, 36, joins the agency in his first industry role, where he will apply key experience in data analysis and business consultancy to help the agency hone existing operational processes and achieve its next level of growth.

Despite the economic impact of COVID-19, Climb Online has continued to drive impressive growth over the last year, having increased headcount by 41% over the last 10 months.

With a clear objective to continue to increase market share, Vishal will now work closely with Managing Director, Mark Wright, and the senior leadership team to implement a high growth strategy that will enable the agency to accelerate revenue by 250% over the next 3 years.

Wright confirmed: "When looking for a new Head of Operations, we wanted to bring someone with an extensive finance and analytical background into the agency that would enable us to really refine how we operate, whilst helping us to implement a new strategy that will ensure we grow at scale.
