Leading UK property entrepreneur, Reece Mennie, has been nominated as a finalist in the prestigious Forty under 40 awards in recognition of his achievements within the sector.

The Founder and CEO of fast-growing property investment consultancy, Hunter Jones Group, and nationwide developer, HJ Collection, Reece Mennie boasts a proven track record within the property sector, having scaled both brands from the ground up into multi-million-pound empires.

Where Hunter Jones Group has recently marked its 10th year in business having raised over £300 million in well-structured property bonds to fund the development of over 6,500 residential units, HJ Collection is quickly accelerating into a leading property developer, having established a GDV of over £100 million.

With both businesses are on exciting trajectory for growth, Reece has now been recognised for his achievements in the property industry having been nominated for the prestigious Forty under 40 awards, alongside impressive entrepreneurs and business leaders, including Ben Francis, Founder and CEO of Gymshark.

Discussing this latest achievement, Reece Mennie said: "Over the last 10 years, I have worked incredibly hard to build two disruptive businesses within the property investment and development sectors - transforming perceptions of the alternative investment with Hunter Jones, while leveraging permitted development rights to help overcome the UK housing crisis through HJ Collection.

I am incredibly honoured to be shortlisted as a candidate for the Forty under 40 awards and I am very grateful to the support of my team for making this - and our wider business success - possible."

Dedicated to celebrating entrepreneurs and business leaders who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service, the Forty under 40 awards honours the nation's most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of 40 from across a wide range of industry sectors.

Based in his homeland of Essex, Reece Mennie also works hard to support local businesses and members of the community.

Not only is he an investor and director of Loughton based Boxing Academy, Dennis & Dyer, which is fast becoming a go to fitness establishment in the Essex area, he also supports young and aspiring entrepreneurs with their own business ideas through dedicated mentoring sessions.
