Amsterdam-born creative workspace pioneer Spaces, has opened a new 23,000 sq ft centre  on Park Royal Business Park in North West London.  Spaces Park Royal occupies the sixth floor of 200 First Central and has been designed to provide professionals in the capital with a hub built around the concept of community and shared ideas.

Spaces is a creative working environment with a unique entrepreneurial ethos. Its workspaces offer a design-led environment designed to integrate lifestyle into work, and members are encouraged to build their networks and connect.

The new Park Royal hub offers a range of workspace on flexible terms including a shared space, breakout networking areas, four meeting rooms and numerous offices. It also features an outdoor terrace and benefits from an on-site café.

The hub is located next to the A40 and Hanger Lane gyratory, giving easy access by road to Oxford, Birmingham and the North Circular. Hanger Lane Central Line station and Park Royal station are also both just a few minutes' walk away.

This opening is the latest step in Spaces' UK expansion plans. The company, which was founded in 2006, already has hubs just off Oxford Street in London, as well as in Liverpool, Glasgow and Gerrards Cross.  It is also due to open in several locations across the UK, including Teddington, Marlow, Newcastle and Brighton in the coming months.

Internationally, the company has a network spanning the Netherlands, USA, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, France, India and Israel. Further openings are planned this year for countries including Brazil, China, Canada, Italy, Finland, Norway, Switzerland and Spain.

Richard Morris, UK CEO, Spaces said: "We're delighted to announce the opening of our latest Spaces centre. As Greater London's largest business park, Park Royal is the perfect location for our new, dynamic workhub which has been carefully designed to foster an atmosphere of innovation, collaboration and productivity.

"We recognise that there is a growing demand for more diverse workspace- people want space that works for them in terms of style, size and layout instead of the more traditional "one size fits all" approach.  This is what Spaces was created to provide.

"Based on the experience of our other Spaces locations, we expect to see interest from a range of different company sizes and sectors, including SMEs, start-ups, the self-employed- as well as larger companies looking to give their workforce some more flexibility."
