Eurostar profit up 12%

High-speed rail operator Eurostar has reported a revenue increase of 12 percent in 2010 as the business travel market rebounded.

Eurostar detailed on Friday a rise of 760 million pounds ($1.2 billion) compared to 675.5 million pounds in 2009.

The total number of passengers rose by 3 percent to 9.5 million. Eurostar operates services connecting London and Paris, and London and Brussels.
