Facebook to go public .

Facebook, currently a private company, believe global market conditions have improved enough to offer investors a stake in the company worth up to 10% of the estimated current value.

They are currently going through the process of offering a share placement later in the year, expected to be in the region of US$10billion, that will value the whole company close to US$ 100 billion.
