GAME Group in administration

The UK's largest video game retailer has gone into administration. Game Group asked for its shares to be suspended last Wednesday after announcing that they would be calling in administrators, PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The company currently has some 1300 stores worldwide of which 600 plus are within the UK. Employment is now a serious doubt to staff working for GAME with 5500 staff effected in the UK.
