IMF confirms financial system at risk

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has stated in it's bi-yearly report that it thinks the European financial system is in bad way and has not been under this much pressure since 2008, when the whole financial crisis kicked off.

European political and leaders and Finance ministers also came in for substantial critiscism in the report, as being behind the game rather than ahead of it and not giving the Banks or populace the assistance or leadership required in crisis conditions.
