Business Advice for all UK firms from starting a business to flotation
New firms expanding through franchising
The UK's business sector is set for an influx in new business start-ups through an increased interest in franchising and existing businesses using franchising to expand their companies, according to a survey by the UK Franchise Directory.
"The franchise industry has grown in popularity and stature as more and more people realise the benefits of investing in a franchise: namely a more successful and stable way to start your own business while avoiding the common pitfalls associated with self-employment," said Roy Seaman of the Directory.
The survey also revealed that there are now 1,402 companies offering franchise opportunities in the UK, 857 of which are actively recruiting franchise and franchisors are seeking to grant a further 190,754 franchises to aspiring business owners across the country.
