A new, independent Amazon Web Services [AWS] peer to peer group has launched to provide the opportunity for industry professionals to meet, share knowledge and drive the future of cloud computing.

Sponsored by Logicata, a leading AWS managed service provider, and Silicon Brighton, a community-led initiative committed to driving digital growth, the AWS Brighton User Group is set to become a vibrant community of AWS professionals and enthusiasts who come together to network, share knowledge, and stay up to date with the latest trends in cloud computing.

With its first event - the AWS Summit Summary [Brighton Cloud Takeover] - taking place on 21st June 2023, the dedicated AWS user group plans to unite cloud practitioners and enthusiasts across Sussex and London to provide a comprehensive recap of the official AWS Summit London, together with insight into key takeaways and expert analysis.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions with event speakers and attendees alike - enabling them to exchange ideas about the official AWS Summit London 2023 and the potential impact of the new services and updates on their business and current projects in hand.

Discussing the launch of the AWS Brighton User Group and forthcoming AWS Summit Summary event, Karl Robinson, leading AWS professional and co-founder of the new peer to peer group, said: "The cloud computing industry has and continues to evolve at an exciting rate and it is important that we as industry professional keep pace with the latest changes and developments.

The AWS Brighton User Group was, therefore, founded with a clear vision to unite industry professionals and help drive the future of the industry, while ensuring businesses can leverage and benefit from the AWS public cloud.

We are excited to be hosting our first event towards the end of June and feel that it provides an ideal opportunity for our members to meet, reflect on the updates and lessons learnt from AWS Summit London and find new and exciting ways to move forwards."
