Eureka Moment

Purchasing and moving into the new Bohomoon HQ in 2023. Considering I started the business in my room at university, purchasing a 40,000 sqft building and filling it with our talented staff and our new warehouse was a huge pinch me moment.

Finance

I am extremely proud of the continuous growth the brand has had. In 2024 we reported over 100% year-on-year growth and we're expecting bigger and better things for 2025. From the beginning, every pound went straight back into the business, so I'm thrilled to have seen it pay off! We wouldn't be anywhere without our extremely loyal customer base, who sell us out of products time and time again. Since the start of Bohomoon, we have always focused on ensuring we are providing the highest quality jewellery at the most accessible price point.

Regrets

I regret not diving into the influencer marketing uptake in the early days, I believe this would have enhanced the brands exposure; however, may have caused cash flow & operational issues by growing too fast. I am proud to have always been privately owned & funded, it has given me such exposure & understanding of every aspect of the business and the steady year on year growth has allowed us to scale sustainably.

What would you have changed?

I would have hired the right people sooner. The difficulty has always been about relinquishing control of certain aspects of the business; however, as we've scaled and I've become a mother, I have had to learn to delegate to continue to grow
