Hampshire based company Be Wiser Insurance, have re-designed and re-launched their Call Wiser website.
Be Wiser Insurance was founded in 2007 by Mark Bower-Dyke and trades as an independent insurance broker for vehicles, homes and businesses, amongst others.
In 2011, the company had 80,000 policyholders which has increased to a customer base of over 200,000. Such success has given them a consistent ranking in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 where they have maintained a position for the last three years. The organisation has over 650 staff across 5 offices in the small town of Andover.
One of these offices is home to Call Wiser which has its own call centre dedicated specifically to handling queries and providing quotes over the phone. As the world around us becomes more digital, it is interesting that a market leader has decided to pursue a more traditional product offering.
Ceo of Call Wiser, Mark Bower-Dyke explained: "technology is brilliant but it has its limits. By its nature, it puts people and things into little slots. To cover all eventualities it has to demand the maximum amount of information which it then has difficulty in judging the subtleties of such information.
People are complex. Their individual needs are all different, one size certainly does not fit all.
Call Wiser recognises this, and our highly experienced members of staff are able to ask the right questions and get the right information to ensure every client gets the right policy at the right price. It really is better to talk."
Alternative advertising methods is always something that Be Wiser has capitalised on, including buying advertising space in every service station restroom on the motorway. You may also have noticed Be Wiser's owl on a billboard at your local bus stop, or perhaps you are a fan of motorsports and follow the Be Wiser Kawasaki team.
Call Wiser offers added bonuses for buying car, bike or van insurance through their site including free breakdown cover from the RAC, free legal cover, mobile phone, gadget and handbag cover.
