UK investor and property entrepreneur, Reece Mennie, has been listed in the prestigious Forbes Monaco 40 under 40 in recognition of his international business success.

Having launched alternative property investment introducer, Hunter Jones, in 2013 and subsequently moved into property development with the launch of HJ Collection in early 2019, Reece has established a profound and credible reputation within the industry.

From successfully raising over £200 million through well-structured property investments to fund the development of over 5,500 units across the UK via Hunter Jones Group, to establishing a pipeline GDV of over £70 million in HJ Collection, both businesses are on exciting trajectory for growth, with the latter forecast to accelerate by over 40% during 2023 alone.

In recognition of his achievements, Reece has been listed in the prestigious Forbes Monaco 40 under 40 alongside leading Ultra High Net Worth Investors, Celebrities, Sport Stars, and other figureheads including ex-Formula 1 Driver and the Founder and CEO of Rosberg X Racing, Nico Rosberg, and Founder and Managing Partner of Monaco Foundry, Fabrice Marquet.

Discussing this latest achievement, Reece Mennie said: "Being recognised by Forbes is a true honour. The team and I have worked incredibly hard over the last decade or so to build the Hunter Jones and HJ Collection brands within the UK and international property space, so being listed alongside other global entrepreneurs is a true marker of our success and I couldn't be prouder.

With further international growth planned during 2023 and beyond for both businesses, we have a big year ahead, so watch this space."

Based in his homeland of Essex, Reece Mennie also works hard to support local businesses and members of the community.

Not only is he an investor and director of Loughton based Boxing Academy, Dennis & Dyer, which is fast becoming a go to fitness establishment in the Essex area, he also supports young and aspiring entrepreneurs with their own business ideas through dedicated mentoring sessions.
