FSB launches VoIP initiative
The Federation of Small Businesses has launched an initiative to provide its members with a business-class VoIP (voice over internet protocol) telephony service free of charge.
In a partnership with telecoms company Coms, all 210,000 FSB members will receive a VoIP telecoms account where they will be able to contact each other free of charge.
"It is important that our commercial partners continue to develop exciting services for our members and I am sure that FSB VoIP will be a valuable addition to the business networking opportunities available to our members through our online directory," said Sandy Harris, FSB director of member services.
Members will be able to upgrade to a full VoIP account, giving them an additional line without any installation or monthly costs.
Members can sign up for the service by visiting www.fsb-voip.co.uk and entering their membership details.
